1. About Us:

Best Home Tutors is a leading educational platform providing personalized tutoring services to students and flexible teaching opportunities to educators. We have been in the business for 6 years and have helped thousands of students and teachers connect for a more effective learning experience. Our 87% average success rate and the satisfaction of 95% of parents are a testament to our commitment to educational excellence.

Based in Bangalore, we focus on offering tutoring services in apartments across the city, allowing students to choose one-to-one personalized learning sessions, either online or offline.

2. Student Registration:

• To apply for tutoring services, students must complete the Student Registration Form on the Students Page of our website.
• After submitting the form, students will be redirected to a WhatsApp link where they can communicate with us directly.

If students have any questions or inquiries regarding the demo session, they can contact us via WhatsApp. Otherwise, our consultant will contact the student via the mobile number provided in the form.

Students are entitled to a free demo class. After the demo, they must confirm whether the teacher is suitable. If the teacher is acceptable, the student must pay an advance fee for one month of tuition directly to Best Home Tutors before the lessons begin.

Payment for the first month must be made to Best Home Tutors.

From the second month onward, students will pay the teacher directly for the lessons. Best Home Tutors will no longer be involved in financial transactions beyond the first month.

There is no limit on the number of students a teacher can instruct through our platform.

Any transactions or dealings between the student and teacher outside the platform are not the responsibility of Best Home Tutors.

3. Teacher Registration:

• Teachers who wish to join our platform must fill out the Teacher Registration Form available on the Teachers Page on our website.
• After submission, teachers will be directed to a WhatsApp link to communicate with us for any queries.

Teachers are required to pay a 39% platform fee on the fee they collect in the first month from students. From the second month onward, teachers will receive 100% of the payment directly from the students.

Teachers will receive dedicated assistance from our support team for the first month of teaching, helping them with any teaching-related challenges.

Teachers may teach an unlimited number of students without restrictions.

Teachers need to give free demo classes for students as required before confirmation.

4. Payment Term:

For the first month, students must pay the advance fee directly to Best Home Tutors to secure the tutoring service.

From the second month onward, payments for tuition must be made at the end of each month directly to the teacher. Best Home Tutors will not be involved in the financial transactions after the first month.

All payments must be completed in full and on time to continue the tutoring services. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

It is the responsibility of both the student and teacher to ensure that payments are made directly between them after the first month.

There will be no refund in any circumstances in transactions related to Best Home Tutors.

5. Liability Disclaimer:

Best Home Tutors is not responsible for any disputes or issues between the student and teacher once the first month of tutoring has ended.

Any illegal activities, police cases, or disputes that occur between students, their families, and teachers must be reported to Best Home Tutors prior to beginning the lessons.

Best Home Tutors will not be held liable for any incidents or issues that arise after the one-month assistance period has concluded.

Any transactions, agreements, or interactions between the student and teacher outside the platform, whether knowingly or unknowingly, are not the responsibility of Best Home Tutors. If any such illegal activites of sharing and contact numbers/mails/any other exchages will come to Best Home Tutors notice lead to termination of membership no refund of any amount takes place.

6. Communication and Support:

Students and teachers may contact Best Home Tutors via WhatsApp or phone for any inquiries, feedback, or issues related to their tutoring sessions.

Our team will strive to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. However, once the one-month assistance period is over, Best Home Tutors is no longer responsible for handling disputes or problems.

7. Use of Website:

You agree to use Best Home Tutors' website and services solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate or infringe upon the rights of others.

Unauthorized access to our platform or misuse of any content on the website is prohibited.

All content provided on Best Home Tutors (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is protected by copyright laws and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection:

By using Best Home Tutors services, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal data.

Best Home Tutors values your privacy and is committed to safeguarding your personal information.

9. Termination:

Best Home Tutors reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to services if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in behavior that disrupts the platform’s functionality.

In the event of termination, all obligations regarding payments must be fulfilled before services are discontinued.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Best Home Tutors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform after changes are made will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
